QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must be actively employed in Mississippi with an EMS service for a minimum of two years. Please include a list of credentials and a letter from the employer verifying two year employment. Nominations should be made on the basis of contributions to EMS service, and/or acts that go above and beyond the call of duty.

They demonstrate truly extraordinary positive and lasting effects through their actions, leadership, and spirit. They have demonstrated a lifetime of commitment  and dedication to the advancement of EMS.
